Cancellation Policy
- The $500 USD retainer is non-refundable,under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made between April 1st and April 30th will result in a 50% loss of the total trip price.
- Cancellations made on or after May 1st will result in a 100% loss of funds (no refunds).
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Our suggested provider, Travel Guard Insurance, offers various coverage options. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full).
